I really liked both of them. You can read more about it on mine and my mom's cooking blog if you want.Josie and Waynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02182227576056415025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1450188601724839061.post-83940413402847171352011-03-22T00:05:16.998-04:002011-03-22T00:05:16.998-04:00Josie, I know that you can buy quinoa flour, but i...Josie, I know that you can buy quinoa flour, but it is gluten free, so if you were going to try to make regular yeast bread with it, it wouldn't hold together very well unless you use part wheat flour and part quinoa flour. There are probably some recipes out there, but it's not something I myself have tried yet. <br />Ellen and Josie, if either of you make anything awesome with quinoa, you should tell me about it!Pricklypearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04757637235066418306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1450188601724839061.post-47697096248781649312011-03-21T23:29:58.118-04:002011-03-21T23:29:58.118-04:00This actually looks like something I could do...I ...This actually looks like something I could do...I think I might try this. I have been wanting to try quinoa for quite some time now but haven't known how. Do you know if it can be ground like wheat and used in bread?Josie and Waynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02182227576056415025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1450188601724839061.post-23869524356913364272011-03-14T16:48:27.631-04:002011-03-14T16:48:27.631-04:00Hmm, I'll have to try it. It kind of reminded me of of Cream of Wheat, and I was the only one who would try it. It was okay, if not somewhat bland. I'll have to get some more and try your recipe. Maybe my Lovemuffin will try it. Thanks for sharing!Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09599902121403028430noreply@blogger.com
